The concept of the brand "Banzai Sushi Asian Cuisine" is carried out by analysing the menu proposed by both Chefs, which is specialized for having a contemporary "Thai-Vietnamese-Japanese" fusion style offer, integrating 48 exclusive dishes and 100 varieties. It is proposed to work a clean, contemporary design line where the concept differs from the traditional Asian spaces. It is there where we propose a concept that is defined by a fresh, warm and contemporary atmosphere, we started by choosing a palette of green and white colors that is out of the traditional places that typically use a palette of wood, red and black colors.
